People have different motives for their body type. Like how to train their body, some have some specific targets to achieve. Okay, so if you are in bulking and you don’t know how to start or you are literally trying everything but cannot gain enough muscles then you are reading the right content. In this content I will tell you all the sides you know about bulking up. So the very first thing you need to understand is that bulking up is not actually eating everything you get in hands.
Let me tell you guys, this was the mistake I started with to bulk up, so I literally used to eat everything I could get. But that just made it worse in the coming months. I got a lot of fat stored in my body, those love handles and the fat all around plus that belly. Yes, somehow it helped me lift heavier weights but now that you could also do by not eating rubbish and not gaining fat instead of muscles.
So there are some basics steps you need to follow in order to gain muscles and bulk up faster:-
1. Eat more than you, your body or your mind asks for!
2. Eat healthy food, now eating healthy food means eating food full of protein and nutritious so that there is no fat in your body and you gain up plus you remain lean at the same time.
3. Start eating 6-8 meals a day.
4. Eat food rich in protein like chicken and eggs and fish.
5. Drink a lot of water
6. Start lifting heavier, like do 10-12 reps in a set but that should be heavier.
So these are the steps that you need to take care of if you want to gain muscles. Bulking up is not that easy for some people who are Ectomorph, they literally spend a very hard time gaining weight, so muscle gaining takes a very long time for them. The Ectomorph Body Type
The ectomorph can be easily spotted in any weight room. They are often below the average weight for their height and have a skinny appearance. Ectomorphs tend to have very high metabolisms and often complain of relentless eating with little to no weight gain.
The Endomorph Body Type
The endomorphic body type is the complete opposite of an ectomorph. This individual will usually be larger in appearance with heavier fat accumulation and little muscle definition. They find it hard to drop the weight even though they try several diets or workout programs.
The Mesomorph Body Type
Everyone recognizes the mesomorph. He is the high school jock that seemed to put on muscle just by looking at weights while also maintaining a very lean physique. The mesomorph is somewhat in between the ectomorph and the endomorph and as such, display qualities from both. He has a larger frame (bone structure) as the endomorph does, but a low body fat percentage as the ectomorph has. You could say this is the aspiring body type that everybody wants.
